In Many states, your school-aged children cannot participate in sports unless you have purchased health insurance for them. In most states, children cannot attend school unless they have received vaccinations (regardless of the health risks involved.) The new health care legislation actually goes so far as to require all Americans to purchase health insurance.

Behind this "mandated" participation in the established big insurance/big pharma duopoly, is a burning desire for more control over public health (or lack thereof), more power to require "participation," and ultimately even more billions in corporate profits.

In 2007, the state of Maryland threatened to throw parents in jail for refusing to have their children vaccinated even though many of the parents were unwilling to subject their children to the very real health risks associated with vaccines.

The primary responsibility of the corporation is to provide increased profits to its shareholders. Thus, pharmaceutical corporations desire to sell more and more of their products in order to receive greater and greater profits, just as any successful corporation would do.

Looking at the business model purely from the profit perspective, it would be in the pharmaceutical companies best interest if every person on the face of the Earth was perpetually sick and taking multiple prescription drugs.

And therein lies the conflict of interest.

If pharmaceutical companies created products that made people healthy, totally cured form their sickness, the pharmaceutical companies would be eliminating people from their customer base.

I'll leave it up to you to decide if the pharmaceutical companies would place improvement in public health high on its list or priorities than providing increased profits to their shareholders.

From my vantage point, I see far too many instances where the desire for profit is absolute top priority, and improving public health is such a low priority that it's virtually impossible to detect.

With that as a preamble, consider the following scenario:

You visit your doctor for an annual physical. Your doctor comments that you look ten years younger than your age. You respond that you try to eat healthy, avoid processed foods mostly, avoiding as much as possible preservatives and chemical food additives and that a sizable portion of your diet is organic.

Your doctor then diagnoses you with Orthorexia, considered to be a mental disease, and prescribes a high-powered drug used to treat mental patients. He orders you to take it.

You consider yourself to be of very sound mind, and know that you do not have any mental disease that is causing you to choose a healthy diet and lifestyle.

You simply tell the doctor, "No, thanks."

The doctor is not the least bit interested in your opinion and clarifies his position by specifically telling you that the prescription is not an option, you must take it.

You respectfully disagree and leave.

The next day, a sheriff shows up at your door with a court order demanding that you take the prescription under doctors orders "for the safety and well being of the public."

Rather than go to jail, you buy the prescription to make it appear as if you are complying with the court order.

One week later, a police car is following you as you drive to work. Within a minute, the lights come on and you are being pulled over. As the officer walks up to your car, you ask why you have been pulled over.

The officer doesn't answer, but demands that you step out of the car. You comply and then discover that the officer has a hand held device that looks like some sort of RFID reader.

An alarm on the device goes off and the officer places you under arrest for violating the court order to take the prescription drug for your mental disease.

This story is complete fiction as of today, but with the technology that is set to be implemented and the way that more and more God-given rights are being stripped from the public, it will not be many months from now that this scenario will transition from fiction to reality.

Why would the technology to determine whether or not you have taken prescription drugs be created if there is no plan to ever use it?

The technology to do just that has already been developed and is currently in the process of being implemented.

It's a branch of nanotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry may soon begin using it to encode drug tablets and capsules with tracking data that you swallow as part of the pill.

Nanoparticles soon to be found in pharmacies across the country are capable of storing data about where the drug was made, when it was made, and where it has traveled.

It's very much like the barcodes used on packages to track them along their shipping journeys, except that in the drugs, it's a molecular barcode that people will be swallowing. When you digest the pill, the nano data bits will be distributed throughout your body and can become lodged in your body's tissues.

If you choose to take these drugs, you'll be swallowing the equivalent of a nano "hard drive" that can store data -- data that will be distributed throughout your body and can be read by medical technicians, doctors, police, and/or representatives of the pharmaceutical industry who could then track what drugs you took, or failed to take.

In spite of the fact that virtually no studies have been done to ensure the human safety of nanoparticle consumption, the FDA has approved nanoencryption technology for human use. One study did find that a type of carbon nanoparticle used in electronics changed the entire physiology of fish that were exposed to it. Exposure to just 0.5 parts per million (ppm) over the course of two days literally caused significant brain damage in these fish.

Is this really a road that the average citizen wants to travel down? Do we really want to hand over complete control of our bodies and the bodies of our children to the giant pharmaceutical companies?

Should it not be each individual's right to refuse to ingest potentially harmful elements into his or her own body?
